This book contains condensed transcripts of the men and women who appeared in the second series of Tales for SBS Television which went to air in the late 1990s. The interviewees came in the period 1949 through to 1959, from a number of European countries, often starting their journey from post-war displaced persons camps to find a new life in Australia.
